• We adhere to GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SAMA, NESA, APRA, MAS, and other applicable regulations.
• Clients are responsible for compliance with their internal data policies.
8. Termination
• Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice per contract terms.
• Outstanding payments for delivered services remain due upon termination.
9. Governing Law
• Engagements are governed by applicable laws where services are delivered (USA, EU, Middle East, India, Asia Pacific).
• Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
10. Updates to Terms
